Identify the failing task

Can a visitor understand the service, compare options, and complete an inquiry? Gather evidence from customer questions, available data, and simple task tests. Do not change colors merely because the interface looks old; the problem may be content, navigation, or the form.

Design a testable path

Order information around the user’s question, make the next action clear, and test on mobile in Arabic and English. People should not need a complex menu to reach the right service. Specify field, error, and loading states, not only the ideal screenshot.

Preserve what works

If URLs or templates change, check internal links, indexability, and redirects before launch. Set acceptance criteria such as finding a service and submitting a stored inquiry. Effective UI/UX design is tied to the site’s job, not only to a polished mockup.
