Editorial & Content Policy
How PROGENCY plans, reviews, sources, updates, and corrects content before and after publication.
Last published update:
Purpose
We publish material that helps business owners and digital teams make practical decisions. We do not create pages merely to increase volume or target near-identical keyword variants.
Research and sourcing
Verifiable claims are checked against primary or official sources whenever possible, and articles state when changing product guidance was reviewed. We label worked examples as hypothetical and do not present them as market statistics or client outcomes. Any experience attributed to PROGENCY must be supportable and must not expose client information.
Use of AI tools
Tools may assist research or editing, but they do not replace human review. We do not publish generated claims, statistics, or first-hand experience without verification.
Updates and corrections
Articles display their update date. When a material error is found, we correct it and review affected sections instead of retaining outdated information for traffic.
