Make the final total understandable

Follow the customer journey from product page to confirmed order. Shipping charges, fees, and terms should be visible before the final action, and displayed payment methods must actually be available to your audience. Do not advertise a payment option that is not enabled.

Reduce friction without hiding details

Ask only for fields needed to fulfill the order, and explain errors next to the relevant field. Check mobile keyboards for phone and email inputs, Arabic address handling, connection interruptions, failed payments, and repeated taps on the order button.

Test what happens afterward

Customers need a clear confirmation; staff need a trackable order state. Exercise cancellation and refund flows against your real policies. Include those scenarios in the acceptance criteria for e-commerce development.
