Two different jobs
A landing page guides visitors from a specific campaign toward one action. A business website helps people understand services, evaluate the company, compare options, and return later. Neither automatically replaces the other; traffic source and buying cycle determine the better starting point.
When a landing page is enough
For one offer, one audience, and a paid campaign, a focused page can make message and form testing easier. It still needs accurate claims, clear contact details, and a usable mobile experience. It is a poor substitute for a broader site if customers search for several services or require more evidence before contacting you.
When to build the website
If buyers need to review capabilities, policies, useful guides, and different services, a website provides the right structure. Campaign pages can then sit alongside it. Map the questions buyers ask at each stage and scope the business website around those needs.
